1. Đối tượng sử dụng

Ứng dụng chỉ dành cho sinh viên đã được Nhà trường cấp tài khoản. Ứng dụng không cho phép tự đăng ký và không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

Một số sinh viên của Nhà trường chưa đủ 18 tuổi. Dữ liệu của các bạn được xử lý trong phạm vi quan hệ đào tạo giữa sinh viên và Nhà trường, giống như trên cổng thông tin sinh viên. Cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ của sinh viên chưa thành niên có thể thay mặt sinh viên thực hiện các quyền ở mục 7 bằng cách liên hệ Nhà trường.

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi xử lý

Thông tin đăng nhập: mã sinh viên và mật khẩu. Mật khẩu chỉ được gửi tới máy chủ của Nhà trường để xác thực; Ứng dụng không lưu mật khẩu.

Lấy lại mật khẩu: bạn chỉ nhập mã sinh viên. Máy chủ của Nhà trường gửi mã xác nhận, rồi mật khẩu mới, tới email đã đăng ký trong hồ sơ của bạn. Ứng dụng không hỏi địa chỉ email.

Hồ sơ sinh viên (Nhà trường đã có, Ứng dụng hiển thị cho chính bạn): họ tên, mã sinh viên, ngày sinh, giới tính, dân tộc, nơi sinh, số CCCD/CMND, số thẻ bảo hiểm y tế, số điện thoại, email cá nhân và email do trường cấp, quê quán, địa chỉ thường trú, trường THPT, lớp, ngành, khóa học, trạng thái học tập, loại hình đào tạo, thông tin văn bằng, tài khoản ngân hàng (nếu có), họ tên và số điện thoại giáo viên chủ nhiệm.

Thông tin bạn cập nhật: trong đợt Nhà trường mở cập nhật hồ sơ, bạn có thể sửa số CCCD/CMND, số điện thoại, nơi sinh, dân tộc, quê quán, địa chỉ thường trú và, nếu muốn, tài khoản ngân hàng (ngân hàng, số tài khoản, tên chủ tài khoản). Thông tin này được gửi tới máy chủ của Nhà trường và thay thế thông tin cũ trong hồ sơ.

Dữ liệu học tập và tài chính (Nhà trường đã có, Ứng dụng chỉ hiển thị): thời khóa biểu, điểm danh, quyết định xử lý thi, kết quả học tập, điểm rèn luyện, chương trình đào tạo, học phí, công nợ, lệ phí, cảnh báo học phí và lịch sử giao dịch. Thời khóa biểu, điểm danh và quyết định xử lý thi được lấy từ hệ thống quản lý giảng dạy của Nhà trường.

Nội dung bạn gửi: đăng ký học kỳ tiếp theo, đăng ký môn học, học lại và chứng chỉ; đăng ký đơn từ, biểu mẫu (một số mẫu đơn yêu cầu thêm số CCCD/CMND, ngày cấp, nơi cấp, tình trạng cha mẹ hoặc học kỳ); câu trả lời khảo sát môn học; góp ý; câu hỏi và tin nhắn trong mục Hỏi đáp.

3. Mục đích sử dụng

Dữ liệu chỉ được sử dụng để vận hành các chức năng của Ứng dụng, bao gồm: xác thực tài khoản; hiển thị hồ sơ, lịch học, kết quả học tập và học phí của bạn; cập nhật hồ sơ; xử lý đăng ký, đơn từ, khảo sát, góp ý và hỏi đáp; tạo mã QR hoặc liên kết để bạn đóng học phí.

4. Lưu trữ trên thiết bị

Mã phiên đăng nhập được lưu mã hoá trong kho bảo mật của hệ điều hành (Keychain trên iOS, Keystore trên Android). Phiên không tự hết hạn theo thời gian. Phiên bị huỷ khi bạn đăng xuất (xoá khỏi thiết bị đang dùng), khi bạn đổi mật khẩu hoặc lấy lại mật khẩu (huỷ trên mọi thiết bị), hoặc khi Nhà trường thu hồi. Muốn huỷ phiên trên mọi thiết bị, hãy đổi mật khẩu.

Ứng dụng cũng lưu trên thiết bị: thông tin nhận diện phiên (mã sinh viên, mã tài khoản, vai trò — không có mật khẩu hay mã phiên) để lần sau mở không phải đăng nhập lại, tuỳ chọn giao diện và danh sách chức năng dùng gần đây. Dữ liệu đã tải chỉ nằm trong bộ nhớ khi Ứng dụng đang chạy. Tệp PDF bạn tải về được lưu tạm trong bộ nhớ đệm của Ứng dụng rồi mở bằng bảng chia sẻ của hệ điều hành; bạn quyết định lưu hoặc gửi tệp đi đâu.

Đăng xuất xoá phiên, thông tin nhận diện phiên và dữ liệu đã tải khỏi thiết bị. Nên đăng xuất trước khi gỡ Ứng dụng: trên iOS, dữ liệu trong Keychain có thể còn lại sau khi gỡ.

5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Dữ liệu được gửi tới máy chủ của Nhà trường thông qua kết nối được mã hoá bằng HTTPS; mục Hỏi đáp dùng kết nối WebSocket được mã hoá. Chúng tôi không chia sẻ dữ liệu với bên thứ ba, ngoại trừ các đơn vị thanh toán khi bạn đóng học phí:

• Mã QR Vietcombank: Ứng dụng chỉ gửi tới máy chủ của Nhà trường các khoản học phí bạn chọn. Máy chủ của Nhà trường gửi tới cổng thanh toán Ngân Lượng (kênh thanh toán QR Vietcombank) mã đơn, số tiền, mã sinh viên, email, số điện thoại và địa chỉ của bạn để tạo mã QR. Ứng dụng chỉ hiển thị mã QR; bạn quét mã bằng ứng dụng ngân hàng của mình.
• JetPay: khi bạn bấm "Thanh toán qua JetPay", Ứng dụng mở trang thanh toán của JetPay trong trình duyệt của điện thoại, đường dẫn có mã sinh viên của bạn. JetPay lấy từ hệ thống của Nhà trường họ tên, lớp, ngày sinh và các khoản phải nộp để hiển thị đúng hoá đơn.

Ứng dụng không nhận và không lưu thông tin thẻ hoặc tài khoản ngân hàng bạn dùng để thanh toán. Thông tin đó bạn nhập trong ứng dụng ngân hàng hoặc trên trang JetPay, và được xử lý theo chính sách của ngân hàng hoặc cổng thanh toán.

Ứng dụng tải bản cập nhật từ máy chủ cập nhật của Nhà trường; quá trình này không gửi dữ liệu cá nhân.

Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp dữ liệu trong trường hợp pháp luật Việt Nam yêu cầu.

6. Thời gian lưu trữ

Hồ sơ sinh viên, dữ liệu học tập và tài chính được lưu trong suốt thời gian bạn học tại Nhà trường và sau đó theo thời hạn lưu trữ hồ sơ mà pháp luật về giáo dục nghề nghiệp, kế toán và lưu trữ quy định. Nội dung bạn gửi (đăng ký, đơn từ, khảo sát, góp ý, hỏi đáp) được lưu theo quy định lưu trữ hồ sơ của Nhà trường. Phiên đăng nhập và dữ liệu đã tải trên thiết bị bị xoá khi bạn đăng xuất.

7. Quyền của bạn và xoá tài khoản

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xem, sửa hoặc xoá dữ liệu cá nhân của mình, và rút lại sự đồng ý đối với những xử lý dựa trên sự đồng ý. Một phần hồ sơ bạn tự sửa được trong Ứng dụng khi Nhà trường mở đợt cập nhật; phần còn lại (ví dụ họ tên, ngày sinh) hãy liên hệ Nhà trường.

Tài khoản do Nhà trường cấp và gắn với hồ sơ học tập của bạn. Để yêu cầu xoá tài khoản, vui lòng gửi email tới:

Những dữ liệu mà Nhà trường có nghĩa vụ phải lưu theo quy định (hồ sơ học tập, kết quả học tập, rèn luyện, học phí) được tiếp tục lưu trong thời hạn luật định và sẽ được xoá sau khi hết thời hạn lưu trữ.

Chính sách này được xây dựng phù hợp với Luật Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân số 91/2025/QH15 (có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/01/2026).

8. Bảo mật

Mọi kết nối giữa Ứng dụng và máy chủ đều được mã hoá. Bản cập nhật Ứng dụng được ký số và kiểm tra trước khi cài đặt. Ứng dụng chỉ yêu cầu dữ liệu của chính tài khoản đang đăng nhập.

Khi chính sách này được thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật nội dung trên trang này và điều chỉnh ngày hiệu lực được hiển thị ở đầu chính sách.

Chính sách này được đăng bằng tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh. Nếu hai bản có nội dung khác nhau, bản tiếng Việt được áp dụng.

1. Who the App is for

The App is only for students who have been issued an account by the College. It has no self sign-up and is not intended for children under 13.

Some of the College's students are under 18. Their data is processed within the training relationship between the student and the College, as on the student web portal. A parent or guardian of a student under 18 may exercise the rights in section 7 on the student's behalf by contacting the College.

2. Data we process

Sign-in information: your student code and password. Your password is sent only to the College's server for authentication; the App does not store it.

Password recovery: you enter only your student code. The College's server sends a verification code, and then a new password, to the email address registered in your student record. The App does not ask for an email address.

Student record (already held by the College, shown by the App to you only): full name, student code, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, place of birth, national ID number, health insurance card number, phone number, personal and College-issued email addresses, hometown, permanent address, secondary school, class, programme, cohort, study status, type of training, degree information, bank account (if any), and the name and phone number of your homeroom teacher.

Information you update: while the College has opened a profile-update period, you can edit your national ID number, phone number, place of birth, ethnicity, hometown, permanent address and, optionally, your bank account (bank, account number, account holder name). This information is sent to the College's server and replaces the previous values in your record.

Academic and financial data (already held by the College, only displayed by the App): timetable, attendance, exam decisions, academic results, conduct scores, training programme, tuition, outstanding fees, other fees, tuition warnings and transaction history. Timetable, attendance and exam decisions come from the College's teaching-management system.

Content you submit: registrations for the next semester, subjects, retakes and certificates; document requests (some forms also ask for your national ID number with its issue date and place, your parents' status, or a semester); course survey answers; feedback; questions and messages in Q&A.

3. How we use data

Data is used only to operate the App's features: authenticating your account; showing your record, timetable, academic results and tuition; updating your record; handling registrations, document requests, surveys, feedback and Q&A; and creating the QR code or link you use to pay tuition.

4. Storage on your device

Your sign-in session token is stored encrypted in the operating system's secure storage (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android). The session does not expire on its own. It ends when you sign out (removed from that device), when you change or recover your password (revoked on every device), or when the College revokes it. To end your session on every device, change your password.

The App also stores on the device: session identity details (student code, account ID, role — no password and no session token) so that you do not have to sign in again next time, your theme preference, and your recently used features. Downloaded data stays in memory only while the App is running. PDF files you download are saved temporarily in the App's cache and opened with the operating system's share sheet; you decide where to save or send them.

Signing out removes the session, the session identity details and downloaded data from the device. Please sign out before uninstalling the App: on iOS, Keychain data may remain after an uninstall.

5. Data sharing

Data is sent to the College's server over encrypted HTTPS connections; Q&A uses an encrypted WebSocket connection. We do not share data with third parties, except the payment providers used when you pay tuition:

• Vietcombank QR code: the App sends only the fee items you selected to the College's server. The College's server sends the order code, amount, and your student code, email, phone number and address to the Ngân Lượng payment gateway (Vietcombank QR checkout) to create the QR code. The App only displays the QR code; you scan it with your own banking app.
• JetPay: when you tap "Thanh toán qua JetPay" (Pay via JetPay), the App opens JetPay's checkout page in your phone's browser, with your student code in the link. JetPay retrieves your full name, class, date of birth and the amounts due from the College's system to show the correct bill.

The App never receives or stores the card or bank details you use to pay. You enter those in your banking app or on the JetPay page, and they are handled under the bank's or payment provider's own policy.

The App downloads updates from the College's update server; this process sends no personal data.

We may disclose data when required by Vietnamese law.

6. Retention

Your student record, academic and financial data are kept for as long as you study at the College and afterwards for the records-retention periods set by Vietnamese law on vocational education, accounting and archives. Content you submit (registrations, document requests, surveys, feedback, Q&A) is kept under the College's records-retention rules. The session and downloaded data on your device are deleted when you sign out.

7. Your rights and account deletion

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for any processing based on consent. You can edit part of your record in the App while the College has opened a profile-update period; for the rest (for example your name or date of birth), contact the College.

Accounts are issued by the College and linked to your academic record. To request deletion of your account, email:

Data the College is legally required to keep (student records, academic results, conduct and tuition records) is retained for the statutory period and is deleted once that period ends.

This policy follows the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 of Vietnam (effective 1 January 2026).

8. Security

All connections between the App and the server are encrypted. App updates are digitally signed and verified before installation. The App requests only the data of the account that is signed in.

When this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
